Has anybody had any issues with the headlight, main, reverse override controls on a 07-08 sportsman 800. i had a little water in the controls and the bike ran terrible opened the box up cleaned it out and now it runs ok. can the reverse override shorting out cause the bike to run bad sometimes?

 

you mean you got corrsion built up inthe handle bar switches. ive gotoon my whole bike wet and then pressure washed it w/ no issues on either one on my 800's
