They all look the same to me. Are the 400L/ 2 wheel drive scrambler and 400 Trailblazer basically the same machine with minor changes? The reason I'm asking is I'm looking for a 400 2 stroke Polaris ( I'm developing a fetish I think...LOL) and there are a number of 2 strokes for sale in my area for really short $$. 2 strokes evidently don't float a lot of peoples boats these days evidently. Also have a 400 Scrambler I may look at. All seem to be in very nice shape.

 

um the 400L sport is a lil more sportier it sites wider and has a longer swingarm or atleast i think it does becaise teh chain is longer than my scrambler. also I have the 1998 400 sport and it runs alot better and has more power than my neigbors 2003 and 2002 scramblers. idk if its because they don't know whant they are doing or the 1998 has a lil more at the bottom end from the factory. they both have a lil bog in them at teh bottomwould they do that from the factory to keep people from pulling the from up and flipping backward? they did everything and tehy can't fix it one guy even bored it out it still has a lil lack in power at teh bottom mine is stock and never did anything to it besideds starter swingarm bendex battery and added stuff on. Its a great quad just make sure you keep the chain lubed on all of them i snapped 2 of them before one time it put a hole in teh trans witch i am fixing now. thatts a 1998 and still runs great. i have teh scrambler 500 and it sits alot different you can reely tell when you sit on it . the 500 4 stroke doesn't always like to start but the 2 stroke always does cold hot anytime. i did put a K&N air filter on it without a jet upgrade 2.
