Default plastic repair.

Was out yesterday and while trying to get around a downed tree, A branch got caught in the front right fender and popped it away from the black foot guard area. A 2" inch piece broke off at the very end corner where the last plastic rivet connects. Also, under the seat, the plastic cracked but did not break off.. Not much holding it..

what can I use to "fuse" it back together under the seat. Do they make a string epoxy? I was thinking fiberglass to rebuild the missing piece.

Default plastic repair.

You will need to reinforce the area under the weld. You can epoxy a plastic patch under it, or 3M sells a stick on fiberglass backing for plastic panel repairs. Look for it in a place that sells auto body repair supplies. The plastic welder is available from Harbor Frieght for 39$, you can buy colored sticks where you find the patch.

Good luck
