Well the local prosecuter called me today. He wanted info on my report to the better business bureau,about what is happening. He told me that he would contact t-dub and resolve this issue. If no responce was made the police in jefferson would be paying tony a visit. I also told him that tony called me last night,to tell me it would be shipped on friday. The prosecuter also said that if he did not ship it he would be in trouble and would have to give my money back . I don't think tony will lie his way out of this one,he must ship it or return the money, he has no choice now.

 

Still no call from tony . I guess i call the prosecuter tomorrow

You too...Sorry to hear that man. It took me 2 months to get minbe end of last year with about 30 calls. It lasted 3 rides, broke on the 4th. Now been a month for a replacement that was "Supposedly gone to Powdercoating 3 weeks ago".

I was just given a link to the raptors forum, There is a post with about 13 people who have been given the same bull lies. Tony robbed them also. HE a theif and a lier.

 

I hate hearing stories like this . I am in the long distance parts business myself and when things like this happen it makes potential customers leary . Thank goodness for the internet - at least you can tell the good guys from the bad guys - in the old days of paper magazines you would never know .

thats very true rick... i hate buying from people over the internet.. i buy alot of stuff on banshee hq, we have a feedback thread. so u can post good and bad transactions. its helped me out alot.

 

that is just bullshit....this is why im going to get my swiger made by SLC Quad Customs.they seem to get there product out fast. it is also a ladder type swingarm with i like better. what i dont get is why t-tub just does not take any orders for a while. (im sure people whould rather be told no then wait forever)i think it whould solve the problem and just maybe save his bussiness
