Tony said his lawyer got a letter that I complained to the better business Bureau, and he has only been turned in 2 times in his career. (That is actually true I checked online and so can you on the BBB's website) 1 time by me and the other by 1 other guy. And he was kind of surprised that I turned him in??? I told him that I wasn't going to get a lawyer for less than $400, and he hadn't returned my calls nor e-mails in over a month...What am I supposed to do??? It was just easier to turn him in. I got the paper work in today from the consumer product saftey board for the failure. I will hold it for a week or so to give him a chance to perform. If he lets me down again I don't know what choice he leaves me with.

any news yet, mine, every time I talk with him it supposed to ship tomorrow...For 3 weeks now, you know...alot of trouble with that powdercoater.

 

F the coating , I really believe that is Tony's problem . As soon as I got really mad with him on the phone and told him I didn't care about the coating/chrome. He told me he would make another swinger and send it to me bare asap. He did along with a refund check for 120.00. My issues with him are over. My deal ended, enough said.

 

sometimes life throws unexpected things at the best of em'.
you can blame the guy for having to have 3 back surgerys.
plus the first doctor who operated, who was also on drugs during the procedures, failed the first two surgerys.
so stop complain'

 

Not sure why a first post would end up here, but I think Fixitmatt is entitled to be a little angry. Maybe if it were you're money being tied up, it might make a difference.
