Default need Torque spec front hub

Torque the spindle nut to 160-170 inch lbs. while rotating hub continuously. Back nut off 1/2 turn. Rotate axle several revolutuions by rasing rear of ATV and rotating rear whels with the machine in gear. Re-torque hub nut to 108-144 inch lbs. This is right from the service manual. Make sure you also have all of the bearings coated with the hub fluid before instalation so you get a accruate torqre. Hope this helps.
