Have done all the basic, new plug, cleaned all contacts. dumped and cleaned all jets in carbuerator. Problem started after I dumped it in the water. instantly cut it off. Drained all oils,filter and cleansed several times with new oil and such. It cranks, and if you throttle hard, it responds, but there is a constant miss and sounds more electrical than gas feed issue.
