My 07 500 X2 has a brake chirp coming from the right front. Only happens at around 5-10 mph. I pulled the tire off yesterday and noticed that the rotor was rubbing in one small spot. Here is the mystery. The pads aren't worn at all. Could the rotor be warped? Any thoughts or ideas? Brake fluid is AOK.

my right front chirps at low speeds too - i have never found a rotor to be perfect "square". All rotors i have seen have a small warp or high spot. I just put brand new rotors and pads on my truck and my left front on my truck chirps at low speed. Lift any vehicle off the ground and spin the tires I bet you will not find that all spin freely and evenly.
It is annoying I agree but nothing to worry about
take the pads off and put some anti squeel back lube on all the contact points on the back of them - it should help.
