Scrammy...
Not sure if it's the same as my 05 700 but in my manual it says to turn the key on and off 3 times in 5 seconds then leave it on......First it will say wait then the code will appear..Then it will say END..

My machine is throwing that same code.....TBAP sensor...The sensor is right on the rubber boot between the airbox and the throttle body...I'm sure you knew that.....I know on the 05's like mine they ran the harness under the breather hose that goes to the valve cover to the airbox and it rubs on top of the throttle body and wears through the wires in the harness....Gotta pull the harness and flip it over and see if the wires are rubbed thru.....Polaris makes a kit to fix the harness where you cut the old one off and put the new one on.....

i would think that code would make the bike run very rich,or maybe even lean? does it have much effect on the 700's guys.

To be honest with you I really can't tell any difference....It runs fine I just checked the codes for the heck of it......Possible one of the wires getting worn or something.....I gotta check it out and will get back to you on the results.......

Well I would THINK that the Barometric senser and the Air intake temp senser would throw differant codes. I had a look at mine today and the vent for the trans was resting on the wires at the connector for the air intake temp senser. If I wiggled the wires for the temp senser I could get the check engine light to come on and off. I pulled the pins out of the connector and pried VERY carefully and got the pins to fit better. Now when I give it the "wiggle" test the checkengine light stays off. I rerouted the vent hose out of the way and I'll give it another try next snow fall (hopefully there isn't any more )
