Default 2003 Sportsman 500 HO AWD Not Working???

Hey guys, I have a 2003 Polaris Sportsman 500 HO with 900 miles on it. My 4wd is not working. My AWD light works, everything on my speedo works. my front driveshaft turns and my outer shafts turn. I jacked up the quad on all fours and 3 wheels spins but my RH side one doesn't but the shaft is turning. I can hold the LH side one with my hand while it is in AWD. I broke the outer shaft on the LH Side a few months back and ever since it's been replaced it has not worked. Please help, I build performance car motors, not a expert on quads . Any Advise would be appreciated.

Thanks, Joey

sounds like you have hub problems. eithe not getting elec. power to them or maybe coils have issues. also need the correct fluid and changed every so often.

Check the wiring, they get pinched where they se cure it to thestrut housing, if thats not it take the hub apart and check the hilliard clutch, the armature plate and the magnet, with it apart you should be able to turn the awd on and the armature plate should be pretty hard to pull off the magnet.
