how do you do the 3 light mod

i think if you take a look at "Rtickwad's" profiles pictures he has posted how he did it.

 

There are several ways to go about it. After all the research, I found it easier to just order the little kit from Quadovator.com... I figured by the time I spent all the time and gas money getting the pieces-parts, that less than 15.00 from them was a steal. I got mine on ebay for 4 bucks
its just a jumper with a between the green and yellow wires in the loom coming out of the switches you just scotch lock 1 wire to the green and one to the yellow and the diode is in between

 

Just a tip, that jumper has a special diode in it.

 

You can install it also with a relay ...This is to prevent the full amps of the three lights going through the handlebar switch(which it is not rated for).................Caper............

 

So What exactly is the three light mod?

 

It's a mod that allows you to have all 3 headlights on at the same time........

Polaris pod light equipped ATVs can only have the two lower bumper lights on or the single top pod light on,not all 3 at once which the 3 light mod allows.

 

Tell me more does it take more amps, drain battery power, pop fuses or diodes or is it safe? What about the warranty factor?
