Default POLARIS CLUTCHING

THat is a steep helix.I would stay with the stock 40 unless you have some perfomance parts on your 500.

Default POLARIS CLUTCHING

alright heres what i did... took it up to my local hardwear store we pulled it down and BUTTONS were PERFECT everything looked good we just took the silver spring that was in it and set it on 1 in the clutch and on 2 on the helix and it works great know it dont overrev like it did belt ride up on primary and down on secondary like it should still kinda poochy on mid to top


THEM SPRINGS AND HELIX ARE HUGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they look tiny in all the pics u see!!!!!!

IT COST ME A WOPPING 0 dollars to take to them and i also learned how to pull them down and put back together easyeasyeasyeasy thats all i got to say
