A) It seems I popped a fuse going to the DC socket plug. Does anybody know where this fuse is?
B) Do you need to be in gear to get it into AWD? After I popped the fuse, I started wonder about the 4WD button. Everything works, but in neutral, I switched it to 4WD and it did NOT light up.
ANy help would be great. I need to have it fixed, ASAP. Thanks

Well, all 1998-to present have the DC socket accessory outlet. It's still mounted on the side of the headlight pod I think, even on the current models. Your 2002 Ho had one there as does mine. left side of the headlight pod. There is no 20 amp inline fuse on mine, unless it is well hidden or it is the resetable fuse.
That is the mystery I am trying to solve.

I think the they just have breakers that reset them self, There under the front rack hatch. These out lets are just cheap cigarette lighter like in a car,and we all know how they just quite for no reason " Does you cigarette lighter work?" we all heard that one.. Maybe it just time to get a new one.
I added one one my old Big bear it cost like $8 bucks and I hard wired it with no fuse.
