That's just my Ruger 10/22. I carry it some times for them pesky tin cans that attack me from time to time. Darn tin cans,,,,

I went to the Polaris dealer last week and saw a nice brush guard... i went over to see how heavy it was.... it was like 10 pounds... i set it back down and said "haha, not for 160.00.... " this was a full brush guard for lights and radiator... i couldn't believe how cheaply made it was....

i am looking for a good brush guard... something that wont get destroyed the first tree i tap....
200.00 is a bit steep... worth it?

I have a Polaris brush guard and it's OK, but I just picked up a Viper guard for $80.00 and $20.00shipping for my wife's machine and it's better and beefier then the Polaris.
I put a big dent in mine and am thinking of buying a viper for my machine.
The web site is motoalliance.com then click on "sale items"

Worth it? I haven't run into anything yet, and I'm not sure I want to test it. I can tell you this, it is very well made. The two top bars are one piece tubing that goes through the two brakets, no more weeping rust stains like my Polaris gaurd. The screen over the radiator is heavier grade screen than over the headlights to give added protection to the rad. Even the hardware to install it is higher grade, as I said above, I broke off the bolts holding my Polaris headlight gaurds while moving it in the trailer....I'm not that strong! they should not have busted. I feel I have a brushgaurd and radiator gaurd for $200, the Polaris gaurd is $160 add a rad gaurd for $99 because the Polaris has none and i saved about $59 bucks. My wife uses this kind of math on me all the time when she goes shopping......I saved money by spending it!
