ok so i got a new battery for it 2 weeks ago and only rode it twice with it in.

i went riding in some clay pits while it was raining and i'm not gonna lie this thing was full of mud.

when i went to load it up in my truck it wouldnt crank. sounded like a dead battery (it was clicking repetatively ) so we had to push start it.

got home and washed the quad and blew out all the wires and cleaned the connectors from the battery and it still wont crank.

any suggestions on what it rong would be appreciated.

its a brand new battery so it shouldnt of went dead with 4 hours of the quad actually using it.

come on now guys i'm disapointed that i didnt get any replies.

i put the NEW battery on a charger for about 3 hours and put it back on the preddy and it cranked right up.

but theres no way that the new battery can go bad with only around 5 hours on it. not for 90 bucks.

please does anyone have any suggestions for me?

Are you getting spark? You said everything got wet....maybe the ignition box is the problem? You started right where I would have started...with the battery. Also, make sure there are no loose wires.

I would guess it's the voltage regulator, they go bad, I've changed a couple.
