Check your front motor mount. Found that polaris has an updated part# for new mount. My buddie's 700 was broken causing his wheeler to throw code 46. It was doing this as the motor torqued up it would seperate from the exhaust manifold cusing it to throw the t-bap code. I checked mine today and mine is split,07 800 Stealth, they seem cheapley made. Also, another 800 that ride's with us his is also broken. Thing is we really do not beat our machine's, we do not try to do wheelie's, but we do trail ride pretty hard.

Just replaced one on a 2007 Sportsman 500 Deluxe..The only way you could tell it was broken was holding brake and torquing the atv in low gear..The replacement number was 3022071..
