make sure the fuse on the red line that connects to the batery, make sure that fuse is in place. i had this happen to me once, i hit a rock and bumped the fuse out of place and the battery just died.

The starter is in need of replacement or rebuild . The click means the soelenid is working .
The starter is the problem .

yeah rickritter got a point. it happened to my atv too, it just clicked, do u have light on your atv? cause if you do, make sure their shining pretty bright, because if they dont, it could be a bad connection from the battery, that's what happened to me anyways
