Is that from the front tire side? I run a 6 in lift on a 700 sportsman with 29.5s for a year before I broke one and that was the one I broke. It was obvious what I did, had the wheel turned and showered into it in the mud. Found out fast they can't take the power at that angle. Polaris makes some of the toughest joints too, you must have really been hammering on it.

on my 06' 800 i front my front cv joint or should say like his i destroyed it into pieces by doing the same thing turning it all the way winching and powered it.

well i called them on the way home tonight and asked him if he was going to cover it or should i come and get it..he said the parts were ordered but it would not be put back together till wendsday..it only took me 20 minuts to tear the left axel and frt prop shaft out..oh well i never said they were speedy but they almost always cover my abuse..i asked him what my out of pocket was and he said e was thirsty!!!..now that i can deal with... lets just hope they get it right the fisrt time..

Yes it is. We have an AC dealer here that will cover anything. He doesn't mind snorkles either so that's one of the reasons I'm going with an AC. I love Polaris as well but the dealer around here sucks when it comes to mods and warranty.
