I just purchased this and the guy said it was seized from sitting for 3 years(stored indoors). When I got it home, I popped the cyl head off and the piston was about 1 1/2" downstroke. I sprayed a bunch of PB Blaster in there, and moved the piston down with a hammer and wood dowel. I pulled the rope and the piston came up about half way and will not complete the upstroke. What could be the problem? I appreciate any info and advice on what to do.
