Whatever it says on the quad for stock tires. If it says 4 PSI Front and 3 PSI Rear, I would run that pressure.

I wasn't sure if I should just stick with the stock recomendations or not since the stock tires are just 2 ply and the Razr2's are 6 ply. Would this effect what pressure I should run?

I would still go with the recommended for stock pressure and see how it rides first. The 6 ply should be a lot stiffer so MAYBE you can run with less pressure. I think any more pressure than recommended would make it too hard. I would also only change it in 1/2 PSI increments.
