Default Need some Wheel Spacer Help?

Well I have a 800 Sportsman and about to order 28x10x12 XL Front / 28x12x12 XL Mud Lite's. I know that I need a 1.5" spacers to clear up front. I found a place were 2.0" spacer is like 5 bucks more than the 1.5". Is this 1/2" going to make a huge differance and when I turn the front wheels are they going to rub beacuse of the tire sticking out to much? Am I going to need a 2" lift to clear the 2.0" spacers or should I be good. Any info would be great before I place my order. Thanks

Brian

birddog do you haul your wheeler on a trailer or in you truck box? having 28" itp 589's on mine with 1.5" spacers you will have no problems except getting in your box if you have trailer your fine 2 is pretty wide for me actually 1.5 is a little wider than i prefer but it was what they had when i needed it

I use a trailer to haul my wheelers. Could you please post some pictures of you wheeler so that I can get an idea of what mine will look like! Very interested in the stance. Thanks.

So do I really need spacers for the rear, if I am running 12 inch wide tires?

That is not a problem, I think you have to have photobucket to post pictures, but I have not got into this site that far yet.
