I keep my tow strap in that box. There was not a tool kit in there from dealer. Thanks for info.

I would go back to the dealer and ask for it back.

I just rock back and forth and that always frees it up. I finally have built enough muscle to where I can actually pick the rear-end off the ground and move it.Impressive, huh?
