YOU CAN NOT GO BY A DYNO AT THE WHEELS WITH A CVT.Play with the clutching and go by timed runs and feel.
What clutching are you running?Between me and drlang we can help dial a clutch. But you will need a tach.

If that motor is 22 horsepower stock at the crank and you are making 19 at the rear wheels with your mods that is a pretty big power increase.I would guess that you're probably in the mid 30's for horsepower now.

Q]OK I can get a hold of a tach, any pointers on were your bike was to start with?
I can not remember the spring that came with the kit, so I will pull it apart and have a look. I know Ritter likes Dalton springs so my guess is it is one of their's He also recomended I run a 200 main jet, I had to jet it down to a 170 to get the bike to perform were it is now with the air lid on, If I take the air lid of I have to drop the main to 160.

I didn't say anything about a clutch kit. What I said was in other words, check the condition of the clutches. Also check the belt deflection, and clutch centers. If you don't have the proper centers the belt will be in the wrong position in the clutches. Get on a ten speed bike and start out in fifth gear. Doc
