I am currious to see if any one put there 250 on a dyno or know the stock ***** powere. Here is what we did. Pipe, cylinder bore, port, carb bore air box mode used a 170 main jet with lid removed and clutch kit. Can not remember the spring but have to pull apart to stiffen it up. This ony made 19 horse power to rear wheel at 57 mph on dyno.

Don't know about the at the wheels rating, but stock at the crank is supposed to be 22hp.

You have to remember that CVTs are inefficient, even though a clutch kit helps with this problem, and dynos sometimes give inaccurate numbers on atvs with this type of transmission.

THe only true dyno for a cvt is off the crank. The secondary clutch gets all confused when spinning the wheels on a dyno.

MY other son has a 350 raptor. basicaly the same as the warrior. We piped, dyno jet it, K&N and it walks all over this 250. on the dyno it made 24 horse power at 59 mph.

question, what do you think is wrong? I put a call in to Rick Ritter since it is his kit we purchased. I know this thing should be running a lot stronger than what it is.
