Default Wobbly Front Wheels at High Speed

i would say its the tires,i had softtires+it rode ruff,went to swamplites+alot worse the fronts are ok but the rear 11's are pretty side to side, spin it on the jackstands i can see straight rims+the tires are off the chart.....

I guess I need to run it some more before I panic. It may work itself out.

The wobble happened on pavement since it was just a quick test drive in front of my house right after buying it. I need to get it to the dirt and see if it still does it.

The toe-out.............. how is that supposed to be set? Toed out? Or toed in? How much? Any tips on how to check it and/or make any necessary ajdustments?

1/8" to 1/4" toe out....
