aaen performance offers 5 different stages of engine tune for the 500. I have the cam, pipe, carb, clutch kit. my scrambler is about 11 hp over stock, a BIG difference 47 hp compared to 36 hp. I am going to go to stage 5 by end of summer, high compression piston and sending a head in to have them port the intake and install 1mm larger diameter intake and exhaust valves. after head work and piston, will be close to 55hp. I have found that aaen's dyno numbers are on thre low side, actaully make more power than advertised. so for about 1600 dollhairs you can have the power of the new 450 jap bikes or slightly more.
