Default How do stop the vibration from under the clutch cover?

I have a 2000 Polaris 325 Trail Boss. It runs great but I think one of my kids used the belt-clutch guard cover for a step and now it seems to be rubbing inside. I can get it to stop if I tuck my toe under the cover and force it upward. Any suggestion on how to get rid of the rubbing/vibration?

Take it off and bend the bracket up slightly.

I took the clutch guard cover off, which is made of plastic. But I don't know what bracket to bend. Any help would be appreciated.
