I suspec they sent you a kit for the Regular sportsman rather than an X2, the fronts are the same but the back ones are different.

The links to the pics seem to be working.

Thats better the first ones were a little small and hard to see. The X2 is looking sharp.

Installed the Ricochet A Arm guards on the front today and also installed the new wheels & tires.

Unfortunately the rear A Arm guards didn't seem to have the right size clamps and the holes didn't seem to be in the correct spots. I'll have to see how Ricochet resolves this.

I guess I;ll welcome myself to your club! They sent me the wrong rears too. The fronts, part # 629AFA Polaris Sportsman, went on in no time at all. I spent an hour on the rears yesterday, part # 719ARA Polaris Sportsman 800 X2, before I figured they must be the wrong ones. How did they resolve your situation? Thanks!

Lets try that again, not the most user friendly site for posting pictures.

Looks good. That's unfortunate about the rear arms. Mine went right on but I have a regular sportsman. Ricochet seems like a pretty good company so I would hope that they take care of that mix up. What did you think of the front guards? couldn't be happier with the protection. With the old guards there was a gap at the outer boot when you turned the wheel but with the ricochet there's no way anything is getting in there.

I'm real happy with the added protection the Ricochets provide for the rubber boots. The plastic Polaris guards just didn't look up to the job IMHO.

I can use the rear aluminum guards that were shipped, however I will need to drill new holes and come up with my own hardware. I shouldn't have to do that considering how much a set costs.

Hopefully Ricochet will make it right.

We also installed battery tender hookups on both bikes since we had the front wheels off. Polaris really makes it a pain in the a$$ to get at the battery terminals on these to hook up the pigtails.

Thats the same part # that they sent me. We didn't spend much time on the rears other than to guesstimate where we would need to drill new holes and if we could use any of the hardware they supplied. I sent them an email today, I suggest you do the same so they are aware this is an issue for multiple customers.

I'll post how they plan to resolve it when I hear back from them.

I had contacted www.ATVOutfitters.net from post on one of these threads . I made contact with them thru an e-mail inquiry on thier web-site lookin for a complete kit. Matthew contacted me back. So it was thru him I finally made my order. I don't see how they could have gotten the wrong model cause I put in an e-mail. When I got em I noticed the shipping label from Utah though. Which means they were drop shipped. I don't see how we could use the hardware we have. Even if I did drill new holes. Which I won't. I already sent my e-mail to Matthew explaining the situation. At least I can verify we have the wrong parts.
