What kind of gun, how many shots and did you bait'em?

 

One shot with the 30-06 and yes they were baited. It is so think in Canada where we hunted that's the only way to even see one. You can't much more than see 10-20 yards in the woods. She dropped in her steps. There are a ton of bears in WV dumpster diving from time to time. I just went up there to hunt because it's a summertime hunt and not a fall as it is here.

 

Yea, I know what you mean. We have to bait
the deer in some of the thick pine areas on the
Eastern shore. Yea, I go up to Western, MD
(your side neighbor, LOL) lots of Black bear
roaming around. We ride at GreenRidge State
Park, and I hear that are all around, I hadn't
seen any on the trail but the forest rangers
say they come up right to the central office.
