I have a chance to buy a 07 800 X2 black and silver with 80 miles for $7000. I dont think i can go wrong! Any opinions? Am i off the mark here? I will be selling my 01 500 HO. I am new on here; is there any negatives to this? It is the owner of the company i work for, he bought it for a second house last fall with 70 miles on it. He has put 10 miles on it and now he sold his house, and has all the toys he needs at his "real" house. I appreciate the feedback!

thats not too bad considing what they go for new. i think i saw regual 07's going for like $6800. and since you know who had it its even better.

 

Sounds like a good deal to me. Especially knowing the person who is selling it. I have a friend whose kids are rough on everything. I wouldn't buy anything from his kids.

 

Don't sound too bad. My dealer has an 08 800 X2 LE for $7673 plus tax, so your talking $8200 out the door and they have about the best prices around.

 

I bought a new 2007 800 x2 black/ silver leftover model in April 2008. I had them upgrade to the 2008 aluminum wheels and larger tires standard on non x2 models. I paid $7200 plus $467 tax plus $499 for a 36mo extended warranty. This was the best price I could find on this model. I also had to travel about 400 miles to a huge dealership in Minnesota. The four local dealers were about $1000 higher. If you want a 2008 800 x2 it only comes in a limited edition model, the best price I could find was $9100 plus tax, warranty ect.

I have also spent $450 for a winch, and $170 for a front brushguard.

I dont know if yours has ext. warranty, accesories ect. but it sounds like a good price with the milage, and the fact you may not have to pay the damb sales tax.

I have barely used my new atv and it already has 96 miles and 12 hours on it.
