Default OIL prices

There are many reasons that I love the south. One is the mild winters with snow every three to five years. I am 100% electric with a wood-burning fireplace. No need for heavy duty heating. My power bill is rarely over $300 in the dead of winter (Dec. - Mar.). That's running 3 heat pumps. I do have a kerosene heater just in case and I noticed that kerosene was about $6/gallon.

My brother has a propane fireplace and heat. He gets on a rant after the second or third fillup.

Woodstove. I use around a cord of wood per season. Dont remember what I payed. I bought semi seasoned though. It sits in my garage until winter and by then its fully seasoned
