Default trailblazer front master cylider is shot!!

well as my luck goes i flipped the lil tb and broke off the resivor on the the front master cylinder..that was last year and the brakes were great!! i bought the resivor and installed it and bleed all the bleeders after i let the gravity bleed untill i had a good amoun of fluid on the ground..and after being sure of no air in the lines the master will not build any pressure..i cannot find a rebuild kit only the whole 150.00 asembly....the quad is barley worth it!! so does anyone here know of a aftermarket rebuild kit..

HAPPY FORTH WEEKEND!!!!!!!!!
CHEERS!!!!!!!!!!

well i took it apart to clean it and check the seals on the clinder and the spring that pushes the piston back outy is rotted and has little to no tension on it.. i cleaned and emery clothed everything and streached the spring, and it still will not build pressure ..i doubled checked and has NO leaks anywhere and NO air is in the system..

You need to bleed the master cylinder. Undo the break line at the reservoir, connect a short piece of clear tubing that will fit well and tight in the hole where the main break line connects at the reservoir. Return the plastic tube in the reservoir and start pumping and refillilling the reservoir until the break fluid fills up all the tube and reservoir.

Once you done it, you can reconnect your main line and do a regular bleed.

If you have clear plastic resevoir, remove, check that openings on top are clear (small holes, clean carefully with needle) Reinstal bowl with o-ring under bowl secure, tighten screws, fill resevoir. If WONT bleed up and squirt fluid out with finger on brake line connection, probably sucking air through piston seal. I have fought with them and sometimes fix/sometimes just REPLACE.

Sometimes have had cylinder bore in master cylinder corroded and piston kit doesnt help especially on the OLDER models! A lot of mechanics dont mess with kits because labor cost can excede price of new one! Disposable society I guess!
