I just bought a 95 scrambler. I see a sticker on the right side of frame that has a 7 digit model number and a metal tag below it with a 5 digit number. Would the VIN be the model # and tag # combined? Or is there a longer vin hiding somewhere? My 99 sportsman has a 17 digit vin number. I want to get the right number before I head down to the DMV. We do not have titles for atvs in MN. We register them with the DNR.
