why wont my brakes work!!! 99 trail blazer

i have replaced the o-rings and spring in the frt master cylinder and still no pressure at the calipers..i have gravity bleed for hrs, no air in the lines and no leaks ,i am sure of it!!! ok so screw the frt brakes , and i went to work on the rear,gravity bleed and manualy..i cant make the brakes work on this thing for nothing..i have even resorted to the cinder block on the pedal overnight..nothing!!
any ideas or sugestions would be great..this is my wifes quad i dont wont to loose her"yet"..

Could possibly need to rebuild rear caliper, 2 new seal rings and piston. Try also to remove front brake line from master cylinder,place finger over threads and should build up and squirt fluid! If not,problem could still be front master cylinder. check for tightness of lines at brake block junction. Also small rear master cylinder could be causing trouble. They do go out. Good luck
