polaris 400l 95 2 stroke (having trouble finding where to put the gear oil
on my other quad right at the back on the casing between the wheels their is a cap looks like a bolt just pop it out and fill it up but on the polaris cant seem to find it there is a alum long plug or cap looking pc on the side of the transmission but it doesnt wanna come out just spins in either direction

What you're looking at on the back is the drain for the gear box.
This is from the manual for a 2000 Trail Blazer, but the drain is the same. Not sure if they had the dip stick for the fill yet on the 95 models.

thanx scooter , youre the man... where the dipstick is on my machine there is a alum plug looking pc, but either way i spin it , it sust spins maybe i should yank on it , diddnt want to brake anything
