What kind of upgrades would it take to get about 10 more miles per hour from a 300 Polaris. I'm thinking about using a different sized rear tire's and also putting on a K&N Air Filter. If you have any ideas please reply.

Well theres not much things you can do to speed up an xpress 300.
You can start by getting a larger front sprocket and smaller rear, that will give you a few mph's, remember though your not going to be able to climb as much doing so.
A K&N clamp on filter will give you the air you need, top it off with a full exhaust from PSI performance www.psiperformance.com.
If your going to buy tires keep the 22's, smaller tires will slow you down.
If you really want to extract power from your mods. bore the motor .040 over.
Don't worry, a bore of that size is'nt going to effect your machines reliability.
