How do they compare. I like the fact that that the polaris probably rides better. Just tell me what you think. I will only be trail riding.

Between a Predator and a 400 <u>anything</u> I would choose the Preddy, but I'm prejudiced. It's already fast and you can easily mod it to get at least another 15 HP out of it. There are 550 and 600 big bore kits for it too.
