Slashsplat, You will be most happy with this bumper.....Yes the lower is is the ticket with everything below the dump box is so open to somemone sliding under and busting thing up... I found just backing up to my trailer you could bang into the gear box and thats not good if you punch a hole into it. I did have to find an extended ball hitch to gt clerance so I could crank the trailer up and down.

ATV-GURU really IS a guru.

I just got them in the other day. Not only are the things beautifully made, but the care taken in packing them is unbelievable. They had plastic wrap, cardboard, packing tape, duct tape, marks on the tape showing where to cut to separate the lower from the upper... Basically BULLETPROOF packing to prevent the slightest shipping damage. Given the care that he took getting them to me, the pride just glows. This is a perfect example of someone who loves what they are doing, and is proud of it.

I haven't installed them yet, but hope to Monday. The workmanship is excellent, with great detail in the design, beautiful finish on all the edges, superb welding (jealous), and a great black wrinkle finish.

I run a small business also, and he is an inspiration. the whole process of ordering them was professional, and he is a pleasure to talk to.

CANNOT wait to install... Then I have five quadvator mods, plus the proper install of the Lowrance GPS. This is exciting.

I have a cheap Chinese winch that I was thinking about popping on the back, but thinking about it, I may mount it on a hitch bar to go in the receiver so I can move it to another bike. I'll have to see what configuration is needed to avoid the bed and bumpers.

This is fun.

I peeled EVERY single sticker off the bike, and it is totally stealth black, except for the Polaris white writing on the seat. A magic marker should tone that down.

That looks like my Moose 3-way hitch. I have a 2" ball on mine to fit the trailer I haul the ATV on. Mad Dog makes a similar hitch a lot cheaper. At least I think that's where I saw it AFTER I paid about $45 for the Moose. I like the rear bumper too. If I had an X2 that's what I would get.

That looks identical to my Moose except the price tag is $20 cheaper. I didn't know anyone else made them like that until after I bought it. Is the square part solid or hollow? Mine is solid but my Polaris one was a hollow tube.
