Always sorry to hear news like this, after 20 years of sales and service of atvs, street and dirtbikes, you never can get used to it. We have had several ourselves. If I ever get to where it doesnt bother me, then I need to get away from this business.

Man, sorry to hear about that Stendori. Our prayers are with his family. I've found that, slow or fast, accidents can happen. From what I've seen the guys wearing the most "armor" tend to take the most risks. Sooner or later, that is a good way to end up wrapped around a tree. I think we should drive carefully and wear good protection. Slashsplat sums it up pretty nicely. When I go out I try to remember my wife and kids. I don't want to leave them as a widow and orphans before it is my time to go. As much as I check my own behaviour I try to prepare for the riders who aren't thinking of others and are being reckless. If I see or hear someone coming up behind me quickly I get out of their way. Sorry about the ramblings. This topic always sobers you up.

It always pays to be careful. You never know what can happen. One of the worst accidents I've ever had on an ATV was when I was simply riding down the lane to get the mail. Something I do every day and don't even think about.
