Bogging Phoenix
I have a '06 Phoenix 200 with a carb, and when I'm trying to go all out on a straight-a-way it acts as if it's trying to shift (bogging) even though it's an automatic. I've changed the plug but it looked fine. If it has a speed limiter, I don't know where it is.....
