starter on polaris 96 model trail boss
On the bottom of the motor and not the easiest to replace,must pull recoil assy too because 2 starter mounting bolts inside also. Check for posts on removal, same for 250,350,400 2-stroke engines. Good luck

starter on polaris 96 model trail boss
I found an old post from TLC on starter removal from the top by taking out the air box. I'll try this and get started. Hopefully it will just be the brushes and maybe something simple. Thanks.
