04 500 sportsman dead

Default 04 500 sportsman dead
My Polaris is dead!No power at all to display or anything ,but when I hook cables up to my 800 its runs.However when i take off the cables it dies.Is it the battery or whatever charges the battery.(What charges the battery anyway?)Any help is appreciated!Thanks!

Sounds like your battery is shot, you need power moving through the battery or at least a charge in it to run the machine.
