help with axle nut

ok im finally getting around to fixing my axle i bent a few months back any ways i cant get the axle nut off help please tell mr which way or how does this dam thing come of. in my shop manual it shows its just supposed to thread out put cant get it to even bulge 2000 trailblazer

Them things are TIGHT. Get a bigger wrench lol.
There may be thread locking compound on it. Try heating the nut up somewhat, about to the point to where grease will start to steam, and try it again, while it is still hot.

helll yeah there tight i yaned and pulled for about 2 hours i soaked the last past two days im gone try to get it off tomorow I may have to heat
it that was my guess thanks anyways

The only way you're gonna get it off is with an air ratchet. Take it to the nearby mechanic if you don't have one. by the way be sure to put it back together with air as well. Tried putting my Sport 400 together without air and wound up replacing the hub becuase it eventually stripped out. You just cant seem to get it tight enough without air.

There put on with a 1 " drive impact. That gives u an hint how tight they are.
