Looking to weather proof all the wire connectors on my X2. I live in the area of Florida that Fay dumped 32 1/2 " of rain on our normal riding area. Needles to say it is now very wet. I am looking for some input on the best sealer and corrosion resisting compounds available?

I have had my 500 X2 in water up to the the top of the air intake numerous times and have had no problems at all. I spend most if my time in mud or water, than an hour cleaning my machine with a pressure washer and it has always started without hesitation! However, I did use dielectrical grease on my sons Polaris 90 to cure a water/electrical problem. If you use enough dielectric grease I think it will seal enough but without creating problems if you have to disconnect the electrical conections. Hope this helps!
