i bought this quad used and it was in pieces, i replace a few parts and got it
mostly together, pull start is impossible to pull now, i took it off to reveal fly wheel. and liquid rust poured out, took off fly wheel, every thing was
covered in crap, cleaned it up, fix the pull start, so it would pull, put it back on and won't move, and when i tried to start with eletric start, ran but sounded like the engine is gonna seize, and is a bit to loud.

if you can help, that would be great

 

Did you have to re-build the cyclinder? years ago on my first rebuild, i didn't realize that there was a locator stud in each ring groove on the piston that the ring gap had to line up on, i got the jug to go on but the piston drug so badly it wouldn't get more than a couple pops each time i kicked it over. i felt like a moron, but i guess you live and learn right?
