What is the best way to clean out the fuel, i emptied what was left in the tank and it still runs poorly, Any advice.

 

I would pull the carb and empty the bowl and fuel lines. Or else just add more fuel and flush it through until it runs right. I don't think it should cause any damage, just well lubricated! The other way around, however, will cause engine damage....

 

I run mixed gas in my lawnmower all the time and it runs just fine. I would vote for just adding fresh gas and taking her for a ride. I wouldn't think that it would take long to get whatever gas is in the carb and lines out of there.

 

at least change your sparkplug. it's probably fouled

 

I agree ...The plug is more than likey "BLACKENED".........Just put more gas in and go........Caper.....
