I charged my battery and when I put it back on the atv, i noticed that the taillights were on. The key was out of the bike. it wasn't the brake light for sure. also now the instrument panel is lit up too. the battery is draining dead while i ride. i charged it on 2 amps out of the bike, and my charger stops when the battery is fully charged. i took the battery to a battery shop and it tested ok, and the guy there says i did nothing wrong with the way i charged it. what happened? any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

 

Disconnect control module,plug back in,see if problem corrects itself,plus check charging at battery( 14-14.5 volts) IF not, possible control module bad. Check ignition switch wiring also for frayed or short in harness.

 

disconnect control module with battery disconnected?
