Just saw this video for an ATV that turns into a jet ski. Can this be real? Prabably will not make it to market. Here is a link for the video:

Yes that is real!!
There is a full report in my Oct. issue of ATV Trail Rider Magazine (Canadian magazine)
It is from New Zealand and businessman Alan Gibbs ,the developer.
There is also a Humdiga
And a Aquada which holds a record speed for a amphibious vehicle of 177 km/h on land and 51.5 km/h in the water!!!
Company name is Gibbs Technologies Ltd.

I saw that Quadski at least a year ago. I keep thinking it must handle like a boat when it's on land, but it seems to do well once it's in the water. It looks too wide for most trails I ride. Too bad because some lead right to lakes. That would be a lot of fun after being covered in sweat and dust.

My concern would be how close the tires sit to the water, it looks like if you leaned very far that they may cause you to go for an unwanted swim.

Years ago I saw an ad for some kind of tool like a combinaton hammer/pliers/screwdriver/bottle opener/paint stirrer/oven mitt/ice sraper/can opener/laser level/nose piercer/meat tenderizer/pencil sharpener/utility knife/... whatever, tool with 100 uses. I was reminded of something I heard even longer ago, "The more things a tool is designed to do the less likely it will do any of them well." Judging by the looks, I think that applies to ths dual use toy.
