I haven't run it yet(need to re-jet, but waiting for warmer weather to ride), but I had an HPD pipe and silencer and paid $250 for it. Then I got talkin' about jetting for it, and my friend at the dealership said he'd sell me a pretty chrome DG pipe and silencer for an even $200.(they list for $210, I think). Plus the DG(with steel silencer) has a spark arrestor, while the ugly balck HPD did not. I'm sure the power output between pipes is about the same, and I'll let yall know if I'm impressed w/ the DG or not.
