CV Joint Polaris Touring 2008
I am located in Colombia and I do ride my ATV through the mud, big mountains, it looks like in the movies, therefore I brought ITP Mud Tires and I think it has affect the CV Joint, I have break it twice, last time it last just one ride. I wonder what can I do about it. I am thinking about get a heavy duty CV Joint or a bigger one. If any of you may know where I can get it, please let me know. I would like to keep my ITP tires

Who installed it you or the dealer? How big of tires did you get? A lot of guys on here run larger tires and do replace cv's but I dont think every other ride. Check out the Highlifter forum and do a search on some of their setups, you may get some good ideas on how to set it up. If the tires you put on were the same size as stock you shouldnt be going through cvs Maybe you have another issue

My mechanic did installed it, but just the left side because the right side was original. After my last ride I`ve broken both. About my front tires you are righ originally it came with 25X8X12 and I change it for 27X9X12. However, I would like to keep my new tires, they are great for our mountains. I will look for ideas in order to change cvs.

I went to High Lifter forums and I found information related to CV Joint Rebuild Kit, so I found the following url: http://erlandsonperformance.com/ and I order two kits for 71,95 each. However, I will keep looking for a extra heavy duty cv.
